The name Serengeti comes from a Maasai word Siringet, meaning ‘’the place where the land runs on forever,’’ along the way you will have wonderful views. After arriving you will immediately go on your first game drive. The area particularly the central Seronera Valley is famous for its high concentration of predators, as the permanent water source of the Seronera River attracts a large amount of resident wildlife year around. You will spend the afternoon searching for lions resting in Kopjes (rocky outcrops), cheetahs stalking the plains, and the always elusive leopard in acacia trees. Later you will be transferred to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

Later you will return to the camp for the later breakfast, or taking a packed Picnic Lunch to stay out all the day, you will continue your exploration in the vast plains.

Your expert guide will guide you in tracking the animals and explain their behaviour, especially on finding the famous ‘’Big five’’ lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes and rhinos. As well you will see massive herds of the wildebeests, zebras, giraffes and then various gazelles.
