Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park.
On the first day of your safari, you will be picked up by our company representative from African Vacation Safaris from your hotel in Arusha. Your professional safari driver will brief you about the trip before you start driving to Serengeti National Park, which is the most famous wildlife destination in the world. During your journey you will pass through Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will have the beautiful landscapes.
Upon your arrival to Serengeti, you will experience your first game drive on the way to your lodge. This is where you will spot the various herds of wildebeests, zebras, elephants, giraffes and various lions and others. Your guide will explain more about the ecosystem and then animal behaviour, helping you understand the magic of this ancient wilderness. Later you will be transferred to your lodge for lunch.
Later in the afternoon, you will head park to the park for another game drive to explore more of the park before returning to your lodge for a delicious dinner.
Day 2: Full day in Serengeti national park with a hot air balloon safari.
On the 2nd day of the safari, you will wake early in the morning and meet your safari guide and be transferred to the park for the hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti plains. You will be driven to the balloon launch site and then be briefed about the hot air balloon experience. As the balloon fills with air and rises, you will feel the excitement. Once in the sky, you will float silently above the plains as the sun rise over Serengeti. From above, you will see herds of the elephants, giraffes, antelopes and possibly predators like lions or cheetahs beginning their day’s hunt. This flight offers breathtaking new perspective of the park and its wildlife. The experience lasts about an about, after which you will land and enjoy the champagne breakfast in the bush, a special tradition that makes the morning even more memorable.
After breakfast, you will continue with a full-day game drive across Serengeti, visiting areas like the Seronera Valley that is known for its abundance of the big cats. Your guide will take you to the best viewing points and help you to spot animals up close. Later in the afternoon you will return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Morning game drive and return to Arusha.

Your last day begins with an early morning drive, when the animals are most active this is where you will spot various animal species like lions, zebra, hyenas and many more. Afterward, you will transfer back to your lodge and enjoy breakfast and check out and then start on your scenic drive back to Arusha and you will enjoy your packed lunch along the way.
Then you will arrive in Arusha during the Afternoon and then be dropped off at your hotel or directly at the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of an unforgettable Serengeti safari.
